    (2525 sq.ft., 2532 sq.ft. And 2570 sq.ft. Land area 8 to 12 cents) The River View Villas are perched on the bank of the river commanding excellent view of the quiet flowing Chalakudy Puzha. The built-up area in the site is 2710-2780 sq.ft. The river view villas are further classified into type A, B and C according to their difference in design.

    (2212 sq.ft., 2311 sq.ft. and 2387 sq.ft. Land area 8 to 12 cents) These villas are built overlooking the centre court which in fact is the main entry point of the whole township. The built-up area is about 2500-2550 sq.ft. These villas are also of three type of basic design.

    (1594 sq.ft., 2001 sq.ft. and 2115 sq.ft. Land area 8 to 12 cents) These villas are built on the southern side of the township and lend a good view of the distant hills. The built-up area is 2100 sq.ft.
